Best Student Paper at ProsLang

Simon Wehrle of the University of Cologne won the Best Student Paper award, sponsored by the Association for Laboratory Phonology, at ProsLang – Workshop on the Processing of Prosody across Languages and Varieties, held in Wellington, New Zealand, 29-30 November 2018. Simon’s paper, co-authored with Timo Roettger and Martine Grice, was entitled Exploring the dynamics of backchannel interpretation: The meandering mouse paradigm.
