Please take advantage of the reduced registration fees by registering early by April 30 (Early Registration). If you miss this deadline, consider the Late Registration by May 20, 2024, which still offers fees lower than onsite registration. We have made every effort to keep the registration fees as low as possible. However, a slight increase in fees was unfortunately unavoidable, given the high inflation since then. Nevertheless, we hope that the fees remain accessible to as many prospective participants as possible. We are also delighted to announce that we have successfully secured hotel accommodations for all first author student presenters, thanks to a generous sponsorship of 13,000 USD from HIPCS, benefitting nearly 80 students. We hope this contribution will alleviate some of those challenges and foster greater student involvement.
