Laboratory Phonology journal leadership

The Association for Laboratory Phonology is pleased to announce that Lisa Davidson and Alan Yu will take over as co-Editors-in-Chief of Laboratory Phonology, the journal of the Association, on January 1, 2022. Lisa and Alan both currently serve as Associate Editors for the journal and will therefore bring considerable knowledge of the field and the journal to their new roles.

The Association would like to thank outgoing Editor-in-Chief, Mirjam Ernestus, for her six years of outstanding service to the journal and the Association. Mirjam has led the journal to increased prominence, attracting more submissions and publishing papers with greater impact, including six special collections, while also shortening time to publication. This year, she oversaw the transition of the journal to our new publication platform, Janeway. We wish Mirjam the very best as she transitions out of her editorial role.
