New Announcement on May 20, 2024: Accommodating some requests, we are pleased to announce that the LabPhon 19 late registration deadline, which was originally May 20, is now extended until June 15 (anywhere on Earth). Please also note that banquet fees will remain the same as during Early Registration.

• Registration will begin around April 1, 2024. An announcement will be made with more information when it opens.
• Registration fees include: a conference package with a handbook; three lunches; and coffee/tea and refreshments available anytime during the day.
• Regular (non-member) registration: It includes a 2-year membership to the Association for Laboratory Phonology.
• Full Membership (for non-students) costs $210 for two years; Student Membership costs $80 for two years.
| • Important Note: If you are residents of specific countries listed in the following list of countries, ALP offers reduced membership rates for a 2-year membership. If you qualify for the reduced rate, you MUST renew or newly register for it through ALP membership first before registering for LabPhon 19 as a member. |
The reception on the first day
The opening day reception, courtesy of HIPCS, will feature a complimentary standing dinner buffet for registered conference attendees. This event will offer attendees, especially students, the opportunity to engage with fellow members in a welcoming environment.

Refund policy
1. No ALP Membership Dues Refund: Membership dues are non-refundable.
2. Refund for Registration Fee Requests Made Before June 16th: Requests for refunds for registration fees made before June 16th will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Partial refunds are also available for specific items such as dinner/banquet tickets and t-shirts
4. No Refunds From June 17th: After June 10th, no refunds will be issued for registration fees.

A Special Discounted Rate for Students: We are very pleased to announce that the hosting institute HIPCS will offer a special discounted rate for students, subsidizing $30 of the banquet ticket cost for each student who registers for the main conference by the Late Registration deadline. This initiative aims to foster networking among students and other members during a social event, set against the stunning backdrop of the Han River in Seoul. Pricing Structure:
- Early Registration: Benefit from a reduced price on banquet tickets by registering early for the conference. This special rate is available only during the Early Registration period.
- Late Registration:
Banquet tickets purchased during the Late Registration phase will be available at a higher price. We recommend early registration to take advantage of the discounted rates. There will be further special discounted rate for students after the Late Registration deadline.Banquet fees will remain the same as during Early Registration. - On-site Registration: Banquet tickets purchased during the On-site Registration phase will be subject to availability, but certainly at a full price higher than the on-line registration prices.
We urge all attendees to plan accordingly and secure their banquet tickets during the early registration phase to enjoy the best rates.
