Oral presentations
Regular oral talks: 15 minute presentation + 5 minutes for questions
Invited speaker talks: 20 minute presentation + 10 minutes for questions
- Presenters may either bring their own laptop or use the computer provided in the room.
- If you plan to use the room’s laptop, please make sure to copy your slides onto the computer during the break prior to your session.
- If you are using your own laptop, make sure that you test the connection during the break before your session.
- All presenters are required to submit their slides one day prior to their talk.
In-person poster presentations
The recommended poster size is A0 (84.1 cm wide × 118.9 cm high, portrait orientation). The maximum allowed dimensions are 90 cm in width and 150 cm in height. All posters will be displayed in portrait orientation.
- Odd-numbered posters will be presented during the first hour, and even-numbered posters will be presented during the second hour.
Online poster presentation
There is no strict poster size requirement for online presentations; however, presenters are asked to prepare a one-page poster that can be easily viewed when shared on screen.
- A Zoom link will be shared with all registered participants, and each presenter will be assigned to a breakout room for the poster session.
- Online presenters are encouraged to prepare their poster as a PDF file and share it with participants via the chat function in their breakout room.
