In-person poster presentations

The recommended poster size is A0 (84.1 cm wide × 118.9 cm high, portrait orientation). The maximum allowed dimensions are 90 cm in width and 150 cm in height. All posters will be displayed in portrait orientation.

  • Odd-numbered posters will be presented during the first hour, and even-numbered posters will be presented during the second hour.

Online poster presentation

There is no strict poster size requirement for online presentations; however, presenters are asked to prepare a one-page poster that can be easily viewed when shared on screen.

  • A Zoom link will be shared with all registered participants, and each presenter will be assigned to a breakout room for the poster session.
  • Online presenters are encouraged to prepare their poster as a PDF file and share it with participants via the chat function in their breakout room.
